Symptoms


We have a new consultant starting and need guidance to set up his account in Workspace to start support activities. Is a way we can replicate an existing user access in Workspace.
 

Diagnoses


The user is looking at lining up the permissions for one Admin user to a new Admin user. Currently there is not a tool to replicate permissions from one user to another.
 

Resolution

However, you can go to the Management Console of Workspace and see the permissions for the user. You can drill down into each of the different aspects to change the permissions. Note there is permissions at the Workflow and smartobject server level, as well as at the Workspace level via the Security tab located at the top of workspace.
