Symptoms

After the user select the picker control record, if he/she navigate to any drop down list and type any letter, the letter will populate back to picker control.

Please note that it occur in Chrome only. It do not occur in IE9.
 

Diagnoses

Only happened in Chrome. IE and Firefox do not have this issue.

For some reason, despite selecting the drop down list control, the focus remains on the picker control which is directly above the drop down list control.
 

Resolution

Issue has been logged as a new bug. Users are advised to avoid using Internet Explorer if it affected their work.
