Symptoms


We are facing extreme slowness in our test environment in both workflows and smart forms. The activities that used to complete in 5 minutes are taking more than an hour now.

We have checked the server resources on both K2 server and the database and they are looking normal, Also the connection between the K2 server and the database is normal.

There is an UAT expected to begin a couple of days but the environment is not usable for this. Please provide your usual support on this.
 

Diagnoses


During the investigation it was found the there was a running process when setting the status to 4 issue was resolved after doing a k2 service restart
