I have a people picker box that is contained within a repeating section. When the field is in the repeating section you cannot set the "Connect to" to the source field:
If I remove the field from the repeating section and put it anywhere else on the form I can set the "Connected to" option:
Any ideas why this is happening?

That make sense. You can connect a unique control to a unique Sharepoint column.
You have not such repetitive columns on your list, so you cannot connect it inside a repetitive section.
There are some workarounds so as to extract information from repetitive section on a workflow.

That seems like a bug since the other fields work fine. I made the field allow multiple users and it still didn't work. Is there any documentation on the workaround?
