People Picker control not passing the correct value and defaulting to the principal Domain. We have two domains one called A and another called B, When we try to assign a task using K2 workflow to a user picked from SharePoint workflow on Domain B it always default user to K2:Ausername. Is there a way to default to K2:Busername?

 

Diagnoses

The default of the user from the Picker Control on SharePoint is addressed there. We default to the Primary Domain where the K2 Server was installed.

 

Resolution

Using the whole SharePoint name column (Column name, ej. User, Address, Actioner) and not the property of the SharePoint column as the destination user resolved the issue and the right UserName was passed along and getting the task in the task list.
