Symptoms

For the same SmartForm, some PDF generated are clear while other appears blurry.
 

Diagnoses

Perhaps this is similar to community article:

1. Is this Vendor's environment and the three environment of the same K2 version?
2. Which IE version is currently installed on the K2 Server?
3. How is the PDF Converter service instance currently configured? Perhaps testing the serializeResources and useWebkit service keys for this service instance to see if the quality differs.
4. Are there any other forms that is also making use of this PDF Convert functionality? If so, I assume the quality is similar to the one attached in this ticket?
 

Resolution

When user clicks on save as pdf button, it pops up the confirmation message and background gets dark and when user confirms, next line of code generates the pdf and it was printing the dark pdf. Without confirmation message works fine.
