Symptoms

An error message appears in K2 Workspace when executing a workflow:

Diagnoses

It seems as if your PDF Converter Service Instance is configured to point to the wrong server. I found this article:

Resolution

Please edit the PDF Converter Service Instance and make sure the smoConnectionString points to the correct host, you can use the FQDN of the K2 server. Please don't use localhost.
