passing a collection of items to a control in a word document through Update Document

Hi

I need to list a number of different fields  in a control in a Word Document. Everything else works perfectly.  I have tried using collection variables but this does not seem to work with different fields.  For example, If 1.1 (field)=true or 1.2  (field)= true etc then the name of these items need to be added to a control in the document.
