I am needing to create a list of people associated with a Change Request. I can see two ways of achieving this, but not sure which is best or viable, so any ideas would be appreciated.

First method would be a good old parent-child relationship with many people hanging off the parent record. But the data is being stored in SharePoint so not sure if creating a separate related library would be a very elegant solution.

Second method would be to use a single field like the To: field in Outlook, but ideally this would require an object in the SmartForm where each name acts as a selectable item, to allow clean deletion of names. Anyone have an example of this?
