PandD throws validation error that a View is referencing the "parameter with Name:_state" property on the Form that could not be found.

Symptoms

If a state or states exist on a Form, and you add a RULE on a View to navigate to that Form, trying to create a package causes PandD to throw a validation error that the View is referencing the "parameter with Name:_state" property on the Form that could not be found.
 

Diagnoses

This appears to be a breaking change in Appit 1.5.
 

Resolution

This issue has been addressed with the release of Appit 1.5 Update 2.
