Symptoms

Deployment of some artifacts fail and is still pointing to the other site collection.
 

Diagnoses

In a situation where you packaged artifacts from multiple site collections and deploy to a single site collection, deployment should combine the site collection mappings. This did not happen randomly and caused the deployment of some of the artifacts from the second site collection to fail to deploy.
 

Resolution

Identified as a bug in PandD, Appit 1.3 coldfix was applied. these changes will ship in Appit 1.4 and Blackpearl 4.7
