Package deployment issue 

Diagnoses

We have to migrate our project work from development to production environment, for this we make the package try to deploy in my production environment.
We have to production environment in our company when we are try to deploy it is giving "missing reference error". 
But when we are trying to deploy the same package on K2 Partner VM (cloud) it is working fine without any error.
