Package Creation Error:
The internal array cannot expand to greater than Int32.MaxValue elements
Diagnoses
This is a known issue brought about by a .NET Framework limitation.
Resolution
There is currently no coldfix available for this due to its major impact on the overall mechanism of the PandD component. The workaround for now is to have the items packaged into smaller ones. This issue is slated to be fixed on 4.7. This version is targeted for a Q2 2016 release.
