Symptoms

Client is receiving "Load Process action could not be found" for an existing activity and " state in the form could not be found" error when all 4 states are there while deploying package with package and deploy tool.
 

Diagnoses

Client ran the Smartforms wizard to resolve the conflicts as instructed in the hostserver log, this did not work. Client found that the missing reference in the workflow, WcAnalyst Supervisor Review, did not have a space between WC and Analyst, which is what should be referenced.

 

Resolution

Editing the Inquiry Workflow and the Inquiry Form in notepad to reflect the correct reference, Wc Analyst Supervisor Review, allowed the client to be able to deploy without issue.
