Diagnoses


The following issue occurs when trying to forward an out of office task to a colleague and for the user that it has been forwarded the tasks to manage the list. When new tasks are generation you will see that these are not forwarded to the user in question.


 

Resolution

To resolve this issue check to see if the out of office user has workflow server permission rights to the task. If the user doesn't please assign the user correct rights. Once this has been done, remove the user from the out office and re-add the user again to the out office.
