Oracle Validation Error SMO

I am getting an oracle Validation error

What do I do to get rid of this.

The Oracle client is installed.

Which version of the client components did you install? Make sure it is the 64-bit version, rather than 32-bit.

Also, are you doing this while on the K2 server, or a client machine?

I have installed the products in the following order

MSSQL

SharePoint 2010

K2

all in one image.

and Oracle installation is done into the server image

This is the below Oracle installation and the link for it.

64-bit ODAC 11.2 Release 5 (11.2.0.3.20) Xcopy for Windows x64

This procedure is performed quite a few times during the development of the DEV systems, but this error was not experienced.

Is this enough information ?

At the risk of asking a stupid question, you installed the ODAC components on the K2 server, right?

I have not found a single other reference to the same behavior you are seeing.

I would strongly recommend you open a Support Ticket for this.
