Symptoms
We recently start using the K2 Mobile App. I could able to see all my work list item and on click its opening the task detail screen nicely. But I could n open my smart form bounded to the task. I am getting 'Server not found error'.
Diagnoses
Credentials not set correctly.
Resolution
I open the smart form run time url in my mobile browser http://devserver62:81/Runtime/Runtime/, Its prompt for the credentials after the successful verification its loaded the smart form run time.
Then I tried to open the task form inside the mobile app works fine.
