We have set the Out-Of-Office function which seems to be working well for new items appearing on a users worklist. However, if the items has moved from one user to another it does not show.

i.e. user "A" sets their OOF to have user "B" as their back up. User "B" sees all of user "A" current and new tasks. If user "A" is sent a task returned to them by user "C" (which already has a workflow ID), user "B" does not see this task.

Can someone tell me why and how to fix this?

Thanks.

If I understand your issue correctly, you are facing issues when there is a "double hop" in Out of Office, i.e. A sets B as his standing and C sets A as his stand-in.

If thats the case, the behavior you are seeing is by design. K2 only allows one level of Out of Office delegation. One reason I can think of is the original owner usually wants some control over who sees their items. So if it allows more than one hop, the owner loses this control.
