Diagnoses

The initial error itself is referring to a rule that has been configured within a form but when trying to save this, you get the following error:

The view has rules that still need to be completed before you can finish the wizard. Review your riles to ensure everything is valid.
 

Resolution

Removing the rule completely and recreating the rule from scratch should help resolve this problem.

As mentioned in the KB article that this is a known issue. This could be down to number of reasons, but mainly down to the fact that the rule may have been out of sync. Also it could be that the rule had not been populated correctly thus when trying finish the form that error does appear.
