Old K2 approval workflow still being picked up
 

Diagnoses


The client have deleted a process without checking 'Remove all versions' and one of the old versions we set as Default. the process was kicking off when an Item is added.

 

Resolution

I couldn't find the process in the management page and the only way to remove all versions is to access the DB.
Process was deleted from the database with all running instances.
Feature was logged to enable process versions deletion in the management page.
