offline form in k2 mobile app not working 

Diagnoses

I have configured the k2 mobile app on ipad. I can see all tasks and forms i have.

- moved form in to system folder application form
- set data caching
- set advanced options in form (offline availability)
- http://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2appit/userguide/current/default.htm_Application_and_Offline_Forms.htm

I see the form in the app, but not the option to download, and not the download icon
 

Resolution 

The trial license of the offline forms had expired, and updating with a valid trail license the issue was resolved.
