Symptoms

Upgraded to 4.6.10 from 4.6.9.

SP2013 integration no longer works. Tried the registration wizard but get the following error.

SmartObject Server Exception: Error refreshing Service Instance 'k2_sharepoint_com___sites___k2home'. Service returned : 'The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.Failed to initialize the Context: URL: https://k2.sharepoint.com/sites/k2home Username: Error Details: Method: SharePointService.initializeContext x-ms-diagnostics : 3000002reason="The access token has expired. It's valid from '9/10/2015 1:57:16 AM' and to '9/10/2015 3:02:16

 

Diagnoses

Old app needs to be removed first.
 

Resolution

Ran the K2 for Sharepoint 2013 setup.exe again on the K2 server and performed a Repair.
Afterward, ran the appdeployment.exe on the Sharepoint server again to redeploy the app.
The registration of the app and refreshing of the Sharepoint Service Broker was successful afterward.
