we re moving the MOSS 2007 to SP 2013 in our old environment we are having so many steps(around 50) with around 120 actions will the nintex workflow support this

There are no limitations on the number of actions a workflow can have. There may be performance concerns depending on the overall size of a workflow. If you were to build this in Nintex, you may want to break the process up into multiple smaller processes. I'd suggest consulting the following articles before building it.
