Hi

This i possibly simple!

I would like to create a workflow that runs to a list to check if a new item has been added and then send out one mail (only one mail should be send, not a mail for each new item).

I thought that i could achieve this with the list lookup action and store a variable i something has changed and thereby decide if a mail should be send. But i can't seem to store the result in an variable, which means i cant determine if a mail should be send!

Does anyone have an idea how to achieve this?

I know there is an OTB notification functionality but my users are not pleased with it.
