I need to implement the following functionality that :
A user need to be notified to take an action on an activity within 2 days with respect to previous activity completion. User should be send an reminder email to act on task .
How can we implement this functionality .

If the Activity is not Actioned within that time, the Activity can be escalated.
The Escalation Rule for an activity determines what
must happen if an activity is not completed within a specified time.
