I am customising the Notification Email by modifying the "SourceCode.EventBus.ClientRecorder.DLL.mailTemplate" file in C:Program FilesK2 blackpointHost ServerBin however even if I restart the server, it isn't updated until the next day for example.


Is this file cached between server restarts? If so, how do I clear the cache?

Nicolas kindly responded to me in a separate thread:



"Actually, to refresh the template for existing notifications, you
"just" (I know it can be painful depending on the number of activities)
have to untick the "send notification" checkbox in all your client
activities, redeploy, then tick them again and redeploy. Deploying
without enabling notifications will delete them, and when you recreate
them, this will be done with the new template."


I'll give this a go and response here.


 


 



It works, but this is annoying. Also it doesn't seem to support additional placeholders (e.g. [ProcessId]).


Therefore I'll probably move to manual emails .
