Symptoms


We are having a workflow that got struck on one activity, am not able to stop/do a go to activity/remove. if i do it also its keep running
please help
 

Diagnoses


check the processinstance table and change the flag

Resolution:
"
it is recommended to do this after working hours.
Please do a backup of the k2 database then do the following:

1. run the following script SELECT * FROM Server.ProcInst WHERE Status = 1
2. If you constantly monitor this you should be able to tell if a process is constantly in running state.
Then when you identified process (or processes) in constant running state:
3. Stop K2 service
4. Set the status of item to 10
5. Restart the service.
"
