Symptoms

We are currently having some problems with the reporting controls. We are not able to display any reports using the SmartForms controls.

When looking at the host server log we can see the following error:

Diagnoses

It seems like the K2 Blackpearl components are not installed on the SSRS server
 

Resolution

Please run the K2 Blackpearl Installer setup.exe (for your current K2 version) on the SSRS server and install the client tools (it should automatically detect what is needed).
