Not able to save changes to a form
 

Diagnoses

I have a K2 smartform that is in production. We need to added to items to the form (A label and a data label). When I check out the item and add these two items the form will only display data for these two items. All other data that was previously working correctly no longer displays data. When I discard the checkout all data appears correct again however the two items I need to add are not on the form (cause we discarded the checkout).
 

Resolution

A data transfer rule was changed and the rule wasn't firing correctly. We had to configure the rule and check all inbound and outbound parameters. It was missing an inbound ID and all outbound mappings.

Verify that all input/output parameters are configured on the view/form initialization rules.
