Symptoms


When using the K2 Workspace Report designer, when setting filters, the filter cannot be deleted. The dropdown for the delete function does not stay in focus in order to use it. I have tried different browsers: IE 11/WIN 7 and IE 11/Win 10 do not function with K2 Workspace unless compatibility mode is enabled. Chrome and Firefox do not function with K2 Workspace.

 

Diagnoses


This is a bug. Will route to labs to create a log for it. The bug is that the Remove button disappears every time the mouse hovers over it.
 

Resolution

This was logged as a bug with our labs team. There is a workaround currently.
Click the drop-down to have the remove button appear. Zoom out and zoom back in to see where your cursor goes. You will have to line up your mouse cursor when zoomed out with the Remove button when it is zoomed in. This allows you to click the button, as you are not technically moving the mouse cursor, which causes the button to disappear.
