From your images, it appears as though you are missing the mentioned .dll. I would suggest repairing your installation and then double check to see if the .dll was addes afterwards.

I agree with Ian.  Please perform a Repair of the "K2 for Sharepoint" components that was installed on the K2 Server.

Additionally, the registration of the Sharepoint 2013 service instance should be done using the appdeployment.exe  (this involve running this on a Sharepoint server to add the app to the app catalog, adding the app to the site of your choice, the running the K2 App Registration Wizard).
