Symptoms


When a Smartform in the customer's new Dev environment is selected in K2 Designer, the available options to select are limited to "Run", "Run with Parameters", and "Design a New Workflow". The options missing are "Edit", "Delete", "Save As", "Check-in", and "Cancel Checkout". She can, however, edit Smart Objects.
 

Diagnoses


The customer's license on the new Dev environment was a K2 Blackpearl Development Server license, which was causing the issue (ticket 98302). The customer needs a K2 Smartforms Developer license. The customer was advised that they can request a license key through the portal under the Support dropdown menu or through their Customer Account Manager (CAM).
 

Resolution

The customer selected "close ticket" and stated "yes you were right, it was K2 SmartForm's Developer's license, everything is working now"
