Symptoms

The problem is that it is not possible in K2 Designer to create a custom method bound to 2 or more service instances, since it would not list them.

 

Diagnoses

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new advanced SMO in Designer.
2. Add a new method - regardless which one.
2.1. On the 'ServiceObject method bindings screen' click add
2.2. Choose any service, select a method from it and create all the fields.
3. Try to add another method binding - the issue from the screenshot appears.

This is possible in K2 Studio and K2 for Visual Studio, however its definitely an issue with thin client that was not present prior 4.6.11

 

Resolution

This is a known issue.
The ticket has been linked to the Bug TFS item.
Note, the issue will be resolved with the release of 4.7.

(workaround) I have noticed when not being able to add another method closing the screen and opening it again resolved this.
It seems it only gives us the issue as per the ticket for the first time trying to add a second method.
