---------------

i found the following error which indicates a permission issue
"
15001 Does not have central admin. Launching K2 SP Config skipped.
"
---------------
we checked that The first time you run the registration wizard on any Site Collection, you must run it with an identity that is a Tenant Admin (subsequent installations require Site Collection Administration rights), not doing so causes the Registration wizard to fail when uploading the K2 for SharePoint App.

-------------
lastly upon running fiddler we found that the app it is trying to connect to a separate SharePoint environment (IP aaa.bbb.ccc.90 ) and getting error, while actually the SharePoint environment where the app is added is aaa.bbb.ccc.107. app domain 'BlaBladomain.com' configured in the central admin is mapped to two SharePoint environments

------
Kindly map a separate app domain for the new SharePoint environment because
you cannot use same app domain im multiple environemnts

Resolution

I asked the customer to map a separate app domain for the new SharePoint environment, cannot use same app domain im multiple environments
