Not able to authenticate to Viewflow
 

Diagnoses

When clicking on a viewflow link, the url changes to the machine name and prompts for credentials but does not load after re-entering credentials.
 

Resolution

Please navigate to the web.config file for K2 Workpace, located at "C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlWorkspaceSite" and update the WebServiceServerURL key using the fully qualified name, i.e.:
 

 <add key="WebServiceServerURL" value="http://k2.denallix.com" />

* replace the "k2.denallix.com" with the relevant fully qualified name, perform an IISRESET and retest
