Symptoms
SmartForms license recently issued was throwing an error: "The server is not licensed (MachineName: NAME, MachineCode: SYSTEMKEY)".
Diagnoses
Customer had received two different licenses for the same System Key, one for a Non-Production Server Subscription and one for a Development Server.
Resolution
By using the Development Server License, which had be allocated first, the customer was able to resolve the issue.
