Symptoms
In K2 Managment, under workflow versions, the date the workflow was deployed is shown, but not the time. Workspace displays the datetime, which is a bit more helpful, and this appears to be a loss of functionality compared to workspace.
Diagnoses
This was confirmed as a bug as this functionality was depreciated from what was available within K2 Workspace.

This has been logged as a bug with TFS #732470
