No Such Host is known

When i trying to access Roles/Users from K2 Object browser, i am getting "No Such Host is Known".

I Call the K2 Support, they told to do the following steps and it worked

1. Go to c:Program FilesK2 blackpearlBin

2. Open configurationmanager.config file in notepad

3. Search for Keyword UserBrowserServer

4. Check host name and port is pointed to write server. if not change accordinglly

5. Restart K2 Service in K2 Server (Services.msc)
