Get no result from smartobject tester from CRM online
 

Diagnoses


After updating the app for K2 (Appit 1.5) I get no more response / result from the smart object tester when I try to use the get list method from CRM online.
The Solution and CRM access is working, but not from the tester tool upon the management site.



 

Resolution

It appears that this is a limitation on the serialization grid on the K2 Management page and this seems to be causing the issue here.

If you would like to retrieve data from the smart objects with paging it will be better to use the Smartform views and bind the smart object being queried to a list view.
