Please help, 


My Nintex form looks ok when the user edit items in SharePoint 2013 but after editing the form and the user views the item or the form it looks horrible, some block are just on top of others, please help me to keep the format of the form the same as on SharePoint when the user clicks on items and view item.


Please see the picture on how it looks when the user views the item.

What rules are you using on your form to Hide panels or controls?

I have used the rule if DocType!= "email" then Hide.


where by DocType is the column where users choose different options including email.

try using panels which are the full width of the form, then place the rule on the panel instead.
