Is there a way to get the titles of the headings in a state machine workflow to wrap. Currently mine look like this
This example shows titles that have been wrapped.
I would like these to wrap so I can see what each state is so I can make certain they are in the correct order in my workflow.

I understand your wish, but no, there is no option for that in Office 365. The 2 screenshot is from an on-premise environment.
A not so beautiful solution is to add an extra action (like 'Set Workflow Variable') and use the header of that box. That does scale.
