A standard Nintex form - what is the basis behind for building? 

Is it a basic body with a html table with a one cell where everything is designed in ( with CSS , etc.) or what? 
It is only to understand what happens when I need to design different forms with hide/when on field or panel. (cell, colum etc).
 (I'm used to code in HTML and associated CSS)
