Hello All -

I am running into a strange issue and wanted to see if anyone else had similar issues or has an answer that I am overlooking.

I enabled Nintex Live Forms in Central Admin

I enabled Nintex Live Forms in the Site Collecion

Yet, when I go to my form, the Live Settings button is disabled

When going to Central Admin > Nintex Live Management > Health Checks, I got (have from my notes when enabling the features)

But now I get

Any thoughts or pointers would be helpful!

We have Nintex Workflow and Forms 2010 Enterprise

Form Version 1.9.0.0

You might also verify/test the following:

  1. the nintexlivecore.wsp is properly deployed.  You can check this in Central Admin > System Settings > Manage Farm Solutions.  
  2. Under Manage Services on Server, make sure that the Nintex Live Forms Online Service is started
  3. Re-import your Nintex Forms license file
  4. Under Nintex Workflow Management > Live Settings, click the Update Services button.

I was just having the same problem and it fixed itself after I completed #3 and #4.  Unfortunately, I'm not sure whether it was 3 or 4 that fixed it as I didn't check the "Live Settings" button until after I completed both steps.  Chances are it was #3 that corrected it.

We just went through our renewal and received new license files and have not had any issues since.

I would venture a guess that this corrected it.
