Hi

I've been through everything on Central Admin to make sure all of the Live settings are on and enabled and each time I create a form the Live Settings icon is greyed out. I have correct permission, everything has been started that needs starting, the health check passes. Does anyone have any idea why I continue to have Live Settings greyd out?

One time for me the issue was license related. Is this a development license or a non software assurance license?


It is not a development license and I've confirmed it is a software assurance license.


This has been fixed. Reset the timer job and added the nintex live sites to the trusted sites list and now it works.


The SharePoint workflow timer job is the job that executes the workflow batches

Then there is the SharePoint Foundation Workflow Timer Server that is a service to enable on all SharePoint servers where the timer job should execute

There is the OWSTimer.exe service that is the process that controls all timer jobs on SharePoint servers.
