I have a Nintex Form on a library, with a workflow running when items are created. For some reason, the values of the items on the form are not available for the workflow. See screenshot below. I am logging either a variable or the column information to a history list and no values show up. This is preventing lookups from running later in the workflow since the values do not exist.
Once the form is saved, the values DO show up in the columns.

Want to add I tried a basic text column and typed a value into it, thinking maybe the issue was the lookup columns, but the result is the same.
