Hi all,
We currently have a Nintex form that tracks CDD sign off information. When a form is submitted, a people picker field is populated with the currently logged in user as the person who signed off the CDD.
The problem we are having is that when a user leave the company, the field is clearing itself out when opened for edit at a later date. Its critical this stays as we need to confirm who last sign off the CDD regardless of them being at the company or not.
Any help would be appreciated.
