I have a calculated value which is a lookup to a list A. The issue I am facing that this calculated value in not updated automatically when the values in the list A change while I am opening the form.

It sounds like you want the calculated value control to update while the form is open and the List is updated.
Calculated value controls only update with user interaction on a form like clicking form one control to the next. If the form is just eft open and there is no interation the control will not update.
