I've read this, and also the information on the downloads page itself, but its still not clear to me when you should use the the individual installers versus the consolidate installer.

Just doing a quick follow up on this posting, I wanted to know if the last post i posted was able to help in solving the issue or bring you closer to solving the issue?

My current understanding is that since we currently are still on SharePoint 2010, that we could use either the consolidated installer, or the individual installers. However since the download size of the individual installers is significantly less, that would be the recommended approach.

Consolidated installers contain all the latest Product (K2 BlackPearl, K2 SmartForms, SharPoint) installers all in one, where you can choose what product you want to install.  This is why the Concolidated installer is bigger in size comparing to Individual installer.

Individual Installer are just single installer aimed at installing or upgrading a single product.

So in your case where you want to upgrade from K2 BlackPearl 4.6.6 to K2 BlackPearl 4.6.7 you can basically use any of the two installer. If you only want a certain installer then you can use a Individual installer but if you would like to have all the latest product then I would recommend using the Consolidated installer.
