Can I install VS2015 (which comes with .NET 4.6) on the developer workstation (for non-BP development) while still use VS2013 to modify K2 Processes for 4.6.10?

Or would that cause problems with Blackpearl development?

Hi, Peter,

VS 2015 is not on the compatibility matrix yet as per http://help.k2.com/blackpearl/support-matrix#VisualStudio, so if you do so, it will not be supported.

That will be included in the 4.6.11 realease which is due in the following month.

Kind Regards,

MA

Support for VS2015 and .Net 4.6 in the release notes

I see someone had issue with VS2010 after installing VS2015.

Does the coldfix work for VS2013?

Do you have multiple development VMs?

One without .NET 4.6 to support production (4.6.10 or less).

One with VS2015/.NET 4.6 integration to test with 4.6.11.

I'm not aware of any coldfix for VS 2013. Do log a ticket with K2 support so that they can assist you with it.
