Hi,

We have a requirement where we want to put process on "Hold" and also escalation clock to stop.

Currently I am able to put process to Sleep and resume but escalation clock is not stopping in process, mails are still trigering. 

Our requirement is to put workflow to sleep and escalation clock to stop and when we resume it, we want escalation clock to start from where we left it.

Let us know if it can be achieved.
